About Me
Ann Wallace is a dedicated real estate agent based in the quaint mountain town of Florissant which is just outside of Woodland Park, Colorado. She proudly serves the areas of Park, Teller, and El Paso Counties.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Ann has called Colorado home for most of her adult life. Previously living and working in Summit County, she then spent many years raising her family in the mountain town of Fairplay. After closing that chapter in her life story, Ann now calls Florissant home where she lives with her two dogs. No matter where Ann works or travels, she is a mountain girl at heart! Ann regularly enjoys the mountain lifestyle and outdoor recreation. On those “Colorado bluebird days” you will find Ann enjoying nature and her passion for nature photography!
Professionally, Ann has a rich background as a legal secretary/paralegal and is accustomed to delivering a high level of client services, communication, and is dedicated to excellence. After leaving her position as a paralegal, Ann held a desire to be involved with her children’s school activities and decided to become a teacher later in life. That part of Ann’s journey brought her many beautiful experiences, not only with helping her own children, but also sharing many milestones with her students in the Kindergarten and Special Education classrooms.
In this new chapter of life, Ann brings with her wisdom, understanding, and patience when guiding her clients toward and through their next chapter of life. Whether it be finding a first home or selling a home her clients have enjoyed for a lifetime, Ann offers her clients a caring and knowledgeable approach to finding the right place to call home throughout all of life’s phases.
